This introductory consultation is designed to give you clarity, structure, and a personalized roadmap for your fitness and wellness journey. During this session, we will cover the following key points:
1. Goal Assessment
We will discuss your short- and long-term objectives so I can align my coaching strategies with your vision. We’ll also review your initial progress report to understand your current standing and identify immediate areas of focus.
2. Customized Plan Overview
Every client receives a tailored approach. I will walk you through how I design individualized plans based on your lifestyle, training experience, body composition needs, and overall goals.
3. Game Plan Discussion
Depending on whether you are a Lifestyle Client or an Athlete, we will outline a clear strategy for your success:
• Lifestyle Clients: Focus on improving health, confidence, and overall body image through sustainable methods.
• Athletes: Identify key areas for development to bring your physique to the next level and prepare you for future competitions.
4. Q&A Session
You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the process, expectations, training structure, nutrition guidance, or any other aspect you want clarity on.

This extended consultation is designed for clients who want a more in-depth, strategic conversation about their fitness goals, competitive aspirations, or long-term development. This session includes everything covered in the 30-minute consultation, with additional time to dive deeper into advanced topics and personalized planning.
During this session, we will cover:
1. Goal Assessment
We’ll discuss your objectives in detail—whether your focus is weight loss, body recomposition, strength building, competition prep, or overall lifestyle improvement. We will also review your progress report and current routines to evaluate where you stand and what adjustments may be needed.
2. Advanced Customized Plan Overview
We’ll break down your tailored program at a deeper level, including training structure, progression models, nutrition considerations, and weekly expectations. This session provides a clearer understanding of how your plan will evolve over time and how we will measure progress.
3. Strategic Game Plan Discussion
Based on your classification (Lifestyle Client or Athlete), we will map out a detailed long-term roadmap:
• Lifestyle Clients: Build sustainable habits, improve metabolic health, and create a step-by-step plan for visible and lasting transformation.
• Athletes: Discuss physique refinement, strength targets, posing preparation, stage timelines, peak week expectations, and what is required to compete at a higher level.
4. Mentorship + Specialized Topics
This longer session gives room for deeper conversations such as:
• Guidance on stepping on stage
• Long-term mentorship opportunities with Jabbaar
• PED education (non-prescriptive; strictly informational)
• Career direction in fitness or bodybuilding
• Any advanced personal goals requiring extended analysis
5. Q&A Session
You’ll have additional time to ask questions regarding training methodology, nutrition, programming, recovery protocols, competitive strategies, or any topic you’d like to explore in further depth.
